PUKEOKAHU SCHOOL – SCHOOL HOUSE

The School House is located in a secluded corner of the school grounds with terrific views of Mt Aorangi and the Rangitikei Valley.

The house is a 35 year old standard Ministry-designed 3 bedroomer set in its own garden. The house has new carpet, curtains and guttering, and a newly up-dated bathroom. The large lounge has a Masport wood burner and opens onto a sunny front deck.

The outside of the house was painted in April 2007. There is a garage and wood shed with firewood supplied by the community. A rural delivery service delivers and collects mail 5 days a week. A very good Broadband service is available.

Household pets are welcome however dogs must be contained in the yard. The School owns a small area of pasture land which could made available if the occupants wanted to play hobby farmers.

Flat mates, if required, would not be a problem as single accommodation is strongly sought after in the district.
